IMPORTANT: Please check our Programme for information about our different events. Those attending the Night-watch on Saturday night have the option to book a half-day Sunday ticket to allow time for some sleep on Sunday morning. The half-day ticket grants access to the Sunday lecture programme after the lunch break.
*EXTRAS: Our additional tours & events are always the first to sell out, so if you are thinking of attending any of these, we can't stress enough that you book as early as you can to make sure you get your place.

IMPORTANT: All tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Delivery Policy
Postage costs are included in your ticket price.Tickets should be dispatched within 28 days of your booking. Those booking earlier in the year may have a longer wait for their tickets to arrive, but you will receive a receipt via email if booking online. All tickets to the UK will be sent by first class post. All tickets to non UK counties will be sent via Airmail.
Privacy Policy
We do not share your details with anyone else. However, we may contact you from time to time with details of future conferences.
Please note: the organisers reserve the right to change the programme if and where necessary. This will not affect the terms and conditions as detailed above.
Mail Order Booking
We only accept mail order bookings from UK customers. If you want to order your tickets by post and pay by cheque please print out our mail order form for details.

Please check carefully before making your booking that you have chosen the correct ticket options. If you are unsure about anything please contact us before you book, we'll always be happy to help.
All payments are processed securely by Paypal™. Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal™ account, you can choose the option to pay online by credit or debit card (all major debit and credit cards are accepted).
