Please note our tours/additional events have limited numbers and tickets with these options will be the first to sell-out.
If the option you want is sold-out it is always worth contacting us. We do occasionally get tickets returned and might still be able to accommodate you. If not, we can put you on a list for returned tickets should they come in.

Delivery Policy
Postage is included with your ticket price. All tickets will be dispatched within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Tickets are sent via first class mail in the UK, via airmail to any other country. If you have not received your tickets after 14 days please contact us.
Terms & Conditions/Returns Policy
Tickets are sold under the condition that they may not be resold. Please return any unwanted tickets to us before July 15th 2008 for a full refund less a 10% administration charge. After July 15th 2008 there can be no automatic refund, however you may still return unwanted tickets to us and we will refund you if we are able to resell them before the event. Please note refunds are in GBP only.
Privacy Policy
Your details will not be sold to or shared with any other parties. However, we may contact you from time to time with information regarding our future conferences.
